About Us

Security Solutions for Businesses and Professionals

Security is not a checkbox. It is a reflection of your brand. It is the first impression in your lobby, the tone set at your front gate, and the standard your tenants, executives, and guests expect. We believe security services should elevate your property, not just occupy it.

That is why we do not just staff posts, we build partnerships. We take the time to understand your culture, your expectations, your vulnerabilities, and your long-term goals. Our leadership stays engaged, adjusting and refining the program as your needs evolve. The result is not just coverage, it is alignment.

Our teams arrive sharp, proactive, and accountable, supported by leaders who demand and deliver real performance. We are driven by service, and defined by results.

Why We Started

Bohling Protective Services was formed due to the mass consolidation in the security industry over the past decade. During that time frame, it became apparent that customers and employees were being left behind. For a security program to be truly successful, they need to invest their time in getting to know the client’s operation and culture. If that does not occur, it is impossible for a provider to select and train security professionals for their property.

Bohling Protective Services believes in old-fashioned customer service. We meet with our clients face-to-face on a regular basis to ensure the program is exceeding your needs.

In order for our clients to be satisfied with their security program, they need to receive quality, well-trained and well-screened personnel. This distinction of service makes Bohling Protective Services the benchmark for the security industry.

This innovative market segment focused on transitioning in-house security programs to contract security, offering above-market wages, health insurance, and retirement benefits to security professionals at a time when such standards were far from the norm.

That early experience gave Jackie a deep appreciation for the value of investing in people, a philosophy that has guided her leadership ever since. As CEO of Bohling Protective Services, Jackie focuses her efforts on quality assurance, customer relations, and training, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service and that every team member is equipped to deliver it.
